Omelets Custom-ordered omelets are made with 2 eggs, the meat and veggies of your choice, and cheddar cheese.
Kolaches Full bun-length sausage wrapped in our donut dough and baked. Available on weekends or by special order. Sausage flavors include plain, beef, beef and cheddar, cheddar, jalapeno and cheddar, and Hot Links.
Mess Hall Special A layer of deep-fried sliced potatoes is topped with 2 eggs cooked the way you like them, then covered with our thick and creamy sausage gravy.
